STARTER - 20€
- 1 demo analysis
- Identification of main errors
- Report with recommendations
- Tips for improving your game aspects
- Weekly follow-up
PRO - 75€
- 3 demo analysis
- 2 joint training sessions (approx. 1h)
- Learning reactions and decisions made during the game
- Work on mentality
- Monthly development plan
- Weekly follow-up
ELITE - 150€
- 6 demo analysis
- 4 joint training sessions (approx. 1h)
- Direction for your role in the game
- Mental coaching and game psychology
- Preparation for potential tournaments or teams
- Access to VODs of our coaching sessions
- Dedicated communication channel
- Follow-up every 3 days
3. Payments
- Payment in advance before service commencement
- Available payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut, BLIK
- Installment payment option for PRO and ELITE packages (to be agreed)
- Payment confirmation is sent by email upon client request
- Payment deadline: 3 days from order confirmation
- Discounts for regular clients: 10% when ordering the next package
4. Delivery terms
- Demo analysis: up to 120 hours from submission
- Training sessions: scheduled individually
- Flexible terms adapted to client needs
- Possibility to cancel sessions with 48h notice
5. Technical requirements
- Access to Discord for communication
- Access to Counter-Strike 2
- Stable internet connection (min. 10 Mbps)
- Microphone and headphones for training sessions
6. Cooperation rules
- Professional approach to coaching
- Confidentiality of client's gaming style information
- Prohibition of recording sessions without consent
- Mutual respect and personal culture
- Prohibition of using illegal programs during gameplay
- Prohibition of sharing coaching materials with third parties
7. Complaints and refunds
- Complaints can be submitted at any time during service delivery and up to 2 years after completion
- Refund possible in case of non-performance by the service provider
- No refund for partially performed services
- Complaint processing within 7 business days
8. Liability
- Service provider does not guarantee specific game results
- Liability limited to the value of the paid service
- Client is responsible for compliance with game rules
- Service provider is not liable for losses resulting from technical problems
9. Right of withdrawal
According to Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, provided that the service has not yet been performed. If the client agrees to start providing the service before the 14-day period expires, they lose the right to withdraw after its performance.
10. Final provisions
- Terms of Service come into force on the day of publication
- Service provider reserves the right to change the terms
- Disputes will be resolved according to Polish law, and consumer clients may pursue their rights before the competent common court
- Polish law applies to contracts
